NEURODIVERSE
ARTISTS
WELCOME.
Meet Andy
What he does
He’s an Executive Producer working at the intersection of creative development, strategic producing and artist support, and he guides theatre, film and interdisciplinary work from the first spark of an idea through to full production.
Who he likes to work with
He works almost exclusively with neurodiverse artists, and he’s drawn to experimental, boundary-pushing work, whilst staying rooted in what connects with wider audiences.
Why you should work with him
His career spans just under a decade, but he’s already supported around 300 artists and secured multiple awards, including Top 20 Productions of the Year, The Stage (2025, Mother Has Arrived). He’s also raised close to £100,000 in Arts Council England (ACE) funding for neurodiverse artists between December 2025 and May 2026, through the Arts Council England access support scheme and is set to double that by January 2027.
Let’s get started.
You can get free access support for ACE applications if you’re disabled, neurodiverse, or have mental health conditions that create barriers for you. I will support you from early idea development through to the preparation and submission of a full application. My process is inclusive, structured and grounded in ACE guidance, ensuring you feel both creatively challenged and fully supported.
